We provide specialized support for diverse single-cell sequencing methods, including spatial omics, tailored specifically for cancer research. Our services encompass project design, training, and implementation of techniques, prioritizing the exploration of tumor heterogeneity and resistance to chemotherapy. Through advanced automation and chemistry, we deliver comprehensive workflows from tissue to sequencing libraries.

Research Strategy

The Single-cell Open Lab provides technical infrastructure and expertise for single-cell sequencing workflows which includes droplet and plate-based techniques as well as spatial omics. We offer support in project design, grant proposal, and proof-of-concept experiments, training of users, and implementation of new techniques tailored to cancer research. Our aim is to provide complete workflows from tissues to read-to-sequence libraries. Central chemistry and optimized tissue preparations are available alongside automated library preparation frameworks. Scientifically, we focus on tumor heterogeneity in the context of resistance toward chemotherapy
